What is the return policy?
All purchases are final sale and non-refundable. We do not currently accept returns of any curated boxes, individual products, or add-on purchases. This includes any items purchased from The Curated Shop at any point in time. Any items or curations returned will not be eligible for a refund.
In the case that your box does not arrive or a product is damaged, we must be notified via email within 1 week of receiving your delivered item. If we are not notified within that time frame, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing or damaged items and will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of AVE + ELLE.
